Aspire Support
Floating Support and Domiciliary Care.
Aspire Support, established 2002, provides county wide floating support and domiciliary care services to those individuals with a learning disability living in their own homes.
A highly trained and committed staff team working with the tenant to design a package of support and care to suit an individual’s need form the basis of a service which reaches individuals in the city and in isolated rural areas.
Funded by Supporting People and the local authority, Aspire Support provides over 400 hours of care and support a week to those people who wish to live in their own homes.
Staff training.
Aspire Training Centre is approved by City and Guilds and delivers a wide range of training in addition to the mandatory training as laid out by the National Care Standards including NVQ's in Health and Social Care and the Certificates in Working with People who have Learning Disabilities up to Level 3, Understanding Learning Disabilities and Person Centred Planning. Our training team is dedicated to delivering the best possible learning and development opportunities to our employees and constantly strive to expand existing courses as well as develop new ones.
