Aspire Living and Choices Ltd is a charitable organisation based in Herefordshire which provides Care, Support and Day Services for adults with a learning disability, these adults may also have physical disabilities and/or complex needs. Situated in Leominster, 15 miles from Hereford City, Ferlys House is a large 4 bedded residential home which provides a home for 4 individuals with mild to moderate learning disabilities. The home is well furnished and overlooks the Herefordshire countryside. Each individual has the opportunity to work with the staff team to design an individualised package of care to include, day opportunities and activities and holidays.Long Fridays
Situated on the outskirts of the busy market town of Leominster, Long Fridays is a residential home which provides a home for 4 individuals with mild to moderate learning disabilities. The home is close to the main route through the town and is within walking distance of the town centre. The home provides a staff team to work with the residents to enable them to live as full a life as they are able. 150 & 152 Ridgemoor Road Situated on the outskirts of Leominster, these 2 purpose built bungalows provide a home and care for 8 adults with severe learning and physical disabilities.
The home has a highly trained staff team which provide a 2:1 staffing ratio on a 24 hour basis. The homes are within a short distance of the town centre which has day opportunities suitable for the residents.
Flat 31, Norfolk House. Flat 31 is a 4 bed roomed flat housed within a sheltered accommodation complex for older people, situated in the centre of Leominster. Flat 31 is registered to provide care to older people with severe learning disabilities. The staff team are trained and experienced in the care of older people with learning disabilities and tailor the package of care to suit the individuals’ needs.
94 Chatsworth Road. Chatsworth Road is a purpose built bungalow which is home to 4 individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities. The home is situated on the outskirts of the cathedral city of Hereford and is within walking distance of the local shops and medical facilities. The staff team are skilled in the care of people with complex needs and are committed to enabling the residents of the home to live as independent a life as possible.
19 Old School Lane. 19 Old School Lane is a 4 bedded residential home situated in the north of the city. It provides a home for older people with a learning disability. The home was first opened in 1986 and is our oldest residential project. The staff team enable the residents to live a full and participative life and work to maintain the skills that may be lost through the natural ageing process.
Treann. Treann is a 4 bedded residential home situated in the beautiful town of Ross-on-Wye. This large Edwardian House provides a home for 4 people with mild to moderate learning disabilities. The residents lead full and active lives supported by a fully trained staff team.
1&2 Markyes Close. Markyes Close has 2 purpose built 4 bedded bungalows, in a private cul-de-sac in Ross-on-Wye. The homes are within easy walking distance from the busy market town centre. The fully trained staff team provide care on a 24 hour basis with a waking night staff member to provide extra support at night if needed.
The bungalows are home to 8 individuals with profound and multiple learning and physical disabilities.
21a King Street. 21a King Street is a large house which provides 24 hours support to 6 individuals with mild to moderate learning disabilities. The home is situated in the centre of Hereford city centre, within walking distance of Hereford Cathedral.
